The apartment is located on the ground floor and is spread over two floors. From the living room you can see the large covered veranda equipped with a second dining table and deck chairs, ideal for enjoying sunny days outdoors. A double bedroom with wardrobe, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower complete the floor. A staircase leads to the lower floor where there is a spacious tavern equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a second sofa, a table with chairs and a TV. On the same floor there is the third bedroom with a bunk bed. A second bathroom with shower completes the furnishings.

At guests' disposal are amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a heat pump for colder days.

Guests benefit from an outdoor parking space within the property.

The communal swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. A swimming cap may be required.
