The studio is air-conditioned throughout and welcomes its guests in a bright living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat screen TV, a dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer, oven, orange squeezer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The living room overlooks a beautiful private terrace with table and chairs for breakfast and lunch outdoors! The apartment, with free Wi-Fi, continues with the bedroom in the same room but separate, equipped with a comfortable queen size bed and a wardrobe. A full bathroom with shower and washing machine completes the apartment. The residence's shared swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. A swimming cap is required. Guests can easily park their car in the property's private parking. Pets are not allowed. *Children over 6 years old are welcome in the apartment. *The Castelletto 2 studio is adjacent to the Castelletto 1 apartment: the two apartments are separated by a door that is always closed, so the apartments are completely independent.
