The apartment is located on the ground floor and opens onto the bright living room furnished with comfortable sofas, a TV on a cabinet, a dining table and a chest of drawers. Guests have access to air conditioning throughout the property, independent heating for colder days, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. *The condominium is accessible from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. *Guests can check in independently using a key box at the entrance. Guests have access to a garage inside the building and an outdoor parking space in front of the house. The communal swimming pool is open from June 1st to September 15th. A swimming cap may be required.
