Description: These brand-new, detached bungalows are situated in eco-friendly, car-free holiday resort Water Village, which will open its doors in July 2019. They are situated directly on the water.
The bungalows are built using sustainable materials, they don't have a gas connection and are heated through a heat pump. Electricity is generated partially by solar panels. Maintenance also happens in a sustainable way. The interior is modern and complete. There's a smart TV in the living room (with underfloor heating) and the open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, either left separately, or pushed together to make a double bed. There are two bathrooms (with underfloor heating), both with walk-in shower, and there's a separate toilet. On the first floor, you'll find a third bedroom (lower ceiling height), also furnished with two single beds, separate or pushed together.
You'll have an enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal as well. There also is a storage room with washing machine and dryer. You can park at the central parking lot.
Holiday park Water Village is a completely new park and is still under construction. We will try to limit the inconvenience as much as possible. The images are artist's impressions. Once the photos are available, they will be added. Layout:

This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged
