Each bedroom has its own sink, and the bedrooms on the first floor are all equipped with air conditioning. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a bathroom that is fully wheelchair accessible. Enjoy the sun on the various terraces at the front and back of the house or on the balcony. Whichever terrace you choose (east or west side), you will always experience being in a beautiful place surrounded by nature. Next to the house is Pensionstal de Liemers, where their horses graze. This business has its own parking lot. Parking for the holiday home is available under the carport or to the left of the driveway. Charging stations for electric cars are available, with costs being market standard. The Montferland area is diverse and full of history. Visit, for example, the cozy medieval town of 's-Heerenberg and Castle Huis Bergh, one of the largest castles in the Netherlands. Montferland offers many opportunities for lovers of nature and culture. There is also much to discover in terms of culinary delights.
