At first sight, the tasteful holiday homes in this small-scale holiday park in Schoorl all look similar. There are actually different types to choose from so that you can choose the accommodation that fits you best.
The comfortable type Koningshoeve is available in both a 4-person (NL-13152 and NL-13685) and a 6-person (NL-13153) version. The 4-person type features two bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and one with two single beds (NL-13152), or three bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and two with one single bed each (NL-13685). The chalets are comfortably furnished and feature all modern conveniences.
The type Koningshoeve also exists in a so-called "restyled" version with modern furniture and just a little more comfort. Here you can also choose from a 4-person (NL-13154) and a 6-person (NL-13156) version.
For those who want real luxury, Résidence Koningshof offers two wonderful holiday homes with wellness facilities. In the Wellness type (NL-13155), one of the three bedrooms features a combined Finnish/infrared sauna. That's why it's suitable for four people. The 4-person type bubble bath (NL-13157) features a combined Finnish/infrared sauna, but also a wonderful bubble bath in the garden, as if the sauna doesn't offer enough relaxation.

Date of stay: February 2023De woning was gezellig ingericht en heeft een mooie ligging, lekker rustig. De spa in de tuin was alleen maar genieten. De sunshower is ook goed gebruikt, heerlijk. Bedden waren prima. Alleen het zitmeubilair mag wat aandacht, de bank is een beetje doorgezakt, de losse stoeltjes zaten ook niet heel comfortabel meer en de eetkamerstoelen vragen niet om lang tafelen, ze waren erg hard en dat was een beetje jammer. Qua schoonmaak mag het ook beter, een grondige schoonmaakbeurt zou hier zeker wel op zijn plaats zijn. De gordijnen zaten vol hondenharen, de keuken is echt vet, de kastjes van binnen niet schoon en de koelkast heb ik zelf maar even schoongemaakt omdat ik daar mijn eten echt niet in wilde zetten. Ook de badkamer is wel aan een goeie opfrisbeurt toe. Maar verder hebben we een prima week vakantie gehad, want de omgeving is heerlijk.

Date of stay: April 2022Huisje is op zich netjes ge-update, maar de beloofde jacuzzi was er niet (boekingsfout van het park) en schoonmaak moet ook beter. Ligging van het park is leuk.

Date of stay: November 2021Wegen der Pandemie mussten wir unseren Urlaub von Februar 2021 umbuchen. In Holland war ein kompletter Lockdown und wir hätten die 7 Tage in Qurantäne gemusst, außerdem bei der Ankunft in Deutschland wieder 14 Tage in Qurantäne. Belvilla hat eine sagenhafte Umbuchungsgebühr von 520 € verlangt. Das ursprünglich gemietete Haus hat 940 € gekostet. Wir buchen nicht mehr bei Belvilla.

Date of stay: November 2020 - December 2020Een gezellig huis met jacuzzi in de tuin en sauna in huis om compleet tot ontspanning te komen. Vanuit het park loop/fiets je zo de Schoorlse duinen in en ook de zee is op fiets afstand. Een aanrader!
