slechter klantenservice Belvilla Via Belvilla een vakantiehuis gehuurd bij De IJsvogel in Voorthuizen. De huurkosten zouden € 827,11 bedragen. € 708,96 te betalen aan Belvilla, Het restant aan De IJsvogel. Maar van de IJsvogel kreeg ik een rekening van € 190,10. Dat bracht de huursom op € 899,06 i.p.v. € 828,11. Via de website van Belvilla kon ik mijn klacht hierover nergens kwijt. Dus toen maar gebeld. De eerste keer opgehangen, nadat ik 50 minuten in de wacht heb gestaan, de tweede keer opgehangen, nadat ik 40 minuten in de wacht heb gestaan. Waardeloos!!!

Een heel mooi en compleet vakantiehuisje voor vier personen, nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien met een ruime living, twee mooie slaapkamers en een badkamer met een separaat toilet. De ligging is voor liefhebbers van met name fietsen uitermate geschikt met veel uitvalmogelijkheden maar ook wandelaars komen voldoende tot hun recht. In de directe omgeving zijn veel leuke plaatsjes die een bezoekje waard zijn. Op zondag wordt de zondagsrust nog in ere gehouden, daar moet je met het halen van boodschappen rekening mee houden.
