Date of stay: September 2024We zijn verbleven op de Ijsvogel. Het huis was mooi en zeer compleet. Wat we vervelend vonden is dat de bedden niet waren opgemaakt bij aankomst terwijl dit wel in de bevestiging stond en hier ook nog expliciet over is nagevraagd. En dat de kosten die we ter plaatse moesten voldoen 54 euro hoger uitvielen dan in de bevestiging van Belvilla.

Date of stay: January 2024The service from Belvilla was extremely poor. We ended up paying >€70 more than quoted on the site which was never refunded. There was a mix up with the payments and Belvilla owe me a refund, which I still have not received >30 days later...

Date of stay: September 2020Gut ausser uns wurde nicht erklärt wie man mit Müll umgeht und was in den Reinigungskosten drin war. Wir hätten alles wegräumen können, wenn wir es gewusst hätten. Zu wenig Aufklärung!
