This house is suitable for families and families. Young people are not allowed. The holiday home is completely car-free, fenced at the bottom of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the largest playground nearby?! You can park the cars on your own property. At 10 minutes walking distance you are in the lively center of Zoutelande. The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sea murmur! Add the most hours of sunshine per year and a holiday to that the beach in Zoutelande is a party!The center of Zoutelande can be reached in a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, a bicycle rental and fresh bakery. The fashionable Domburg is half an hour by bike, just like Middelburg with its many monuments.Due to its tranquility, this house is not rented to groups of young people.Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties in this house is prohibited.
