Description

This modern and comfortable, semi-detached and single storey lodge is located on the beautifully situated car-free Resort Gulpen, which will open its doors in the summer of 2021. The situation of this lodge, backing onto the hill, makes it a special stay. The numerous windows at the front allow plenty of natural light into the lodge.

The lodge is finished in style with the surroundings and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. Thanks to the many windows in the living room, you will experience the environment even better. In addition to a living room with a smart TV, you will also have an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher and combination microwave at your disposal.There are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. Two of the bedrooms each feature two 1-person beds, which could or could not be in a 2-person setup. The third bedroom has a bunk bed. The second bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a toilet.
Outside you will find a garden, a partly covered terrace and garden furniture. You can park your car in the central parking lot.

At Resort Gulpen, various holiday homes can be booked for four to ten people.

Prima huisje, wel jammer dat de design stoelen en bank niet gebouwd zijn op comfort Het defecte koffiezetapparaat en douche was door personeel direct vervangen en op de reparatie lijst geplaatst dus die zijn top bezig Dus volgende keer bij meubel inkoop a.u.b. op comfort letten ?

Het park is nog maar net open. Alles is nieuw. Ik denk dat over een tijdje alles is volgroeid het een prachtig park is. We hebben een mooi uitzicht. Het huisje is schoon en ingericht met een goede bank keuken. Bijna alles is er behalve een schaar. Er moeten nog wel wat afwerkings puntje op de i worden gezet. De badkamer is net zo gezellig als een politiecel. Gelukkig gaat de deur wel open.

Het verblijf was uitstekend. De service van Belvilla was echter belabberd. Ik wilde een wijziging in de reservering doorvoeren en Belvilla werkte op geen enkele wijze mee. Deze locatie dus altijd direct bij de accommodatie boeken!

Spiksplinternieuwe vakantiewoningen, als het ware ‘geplakt’ tegen de heuvelwand, zodanig geschakeld dat je nauwelijks merkt dat je buren hebt, en met een prachtig uitzicht over de Limburgse heuvels. Parkwinkel met breed assortiment en prachtig restaurant (waar we overigens niet gegeten hebben) met een enigszins beperkte kaart. Uiterst vriendelijke ontvangst bij de receptie. Een tip: laat op de website weten dat je ter plaatse op het park E-bikes etc. kunt huren voor een uiterst redelijk bedrag per dag, zodat het niet per se nodig is eigen fietsen mee te nemen. Mijn overtuiging: wanneer alles over een paar maanden/jaar volledig is aangelegd en volgroeid (gras en struiken) zal het een pracht park zijn met uitstekende mogelijkheden voor uitstapjes en fietstochten.
