This luxurious, detached holiday home is located on the Landgoed Het Grote Zand holiday park.

The holiday home is suitable for six people. The spacious living room has a TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave oven. On the ground floor you'll also find a bedroom with a bathroom with bubble bath, a traditional sauna, a sun shower and a separate toilet. The first floor has another two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup. There is a spacious garden with a terrace and garden furniture (including a lounge set). Parking for one car is available at the holiday home.

Op zich een mooi vakantiehuis maar voor zo'n nieuw huis mist toch wat gezelligheid. Allemaal kaal/functioneel ingericht. De vaatwasser functioneerde niet goed en de plint van keuken hangt los. Belangrijkste minpunt is dat de keukeninventaris (o.a. koffie koppen) erg minimaal is.

Heel fijn huis. Enige minpuntje vond ik het terras aan de wegzijde (binnen het park) waardoor het iets minder privacy heeft.

huisje en bedden zijn prima, de schoonmaak waarvoor je 80 euro betaalt is waardeloos, alle slaapkamers ruim voorzien van spinnen en webben, stof op alle oppervlakken, onder de bedden en banken en op sifons onder de wastafels; de ramen zien eruit of ze hooguit eens per half jaar gezeemd worden, dat was dus een grote tegenvaller.

Prettige receptie. Mooi en schoon verblijf (D bungelow welness 6) mooie omgeving. Netjes onderhouden en vrij nieuwe speeltuinen wat fijn is met een kindje van 3. Zwembad was ook leuk, klein maar fijn. 1 keer in het restaurant gegeten waar de spareribs heel lekker zijn maar de menukaart wel iets uit gebreider mag. Fijn ook dat het mooie Assen dicht in de buurt is. Al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
