This comfortable, detached chalet is located at Résidence De Leuvert, in the middle of the woods and yet only 9 km from the pleasant city of Den Bosch.

The chalet is situated on the ground floor and is fully furnished. Many windows in the living room provide a wonderful bright atmosphere. In the open-plan kitchen, you will find, among other things, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with two single box-spring beds, which could be in a double setup. The second bedroom has a single bed and a bunkbed. The bathroom features a shower. A separate toilet complete the house.

Outside you will find a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is a parking space for one car at the chalet.

There are different versions of this type of chalet. Both the exterior and the interior may therefore differ from the photos.

At Résidence De Leuvert, you can book various accommodations for four to six people.

In de woonkamer kan geen enkele raam of deur open waardoor de warmte niet weg kan. Er is ook geen airco helaas en is t echt n oven binnen. Tot nu toe is het park niet met een oplossing gekomen. De buitenruimte is verder prima, lekker ruim. Op het park wordt momenteel non stop gebouwd waardoor kleinere kinderen niet echt vrij over t park kunnen steppen/fietsen etc.

In het huisje met de zon erop wordt het max 45 graden en dat is echt niet overdreven. Zou verplicht een airco in moeten zitten. Dit was geen doen met een klein kind. Overal mieren. Slecht onderhoud. Douche putje zelf na 3 reparaties lief niet goed door, waardoor er max 1 min gedouched kon worden

Tijdens ons verblijf regende het en lekte het dak in de woonkamer en in de badkamer. De hor in de slaapkamer met het tweepersoonsbed was kapot. Daarnaast was er geen waterkoker aanwezig. Tevens staat in de beschrijving dat er een koffiezet apparaat met pads aanwezig is, maar dit is een cupjes automaat.

Huisje en tuin hebben geen schaduw van een boom. Daarom veel te warm wanneer het 25+ graden is. Vaatwasser kapot, koelkast koelt bijna niet.

Behoorlijk aan de prijs voor wat je krijgt. Kwaliteit huisje laat te wensen over. Veel defecte lampen, verstopte douchebak, smerig terras en veel lawaai van feestende jongeren op het park.
