You can quickly enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the terraces and in the spacious garden - the 1,600 m² plot consists partly of untouched rolling grass dunes. Close to beaches, the Grevelingenmeer and surf and kite spot Brouwersdam. The holiday home is exclusively available for recreation purpose only. This villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was completely renovated in 2015 and equipped with all modern comforts. The living room is very light due to the loft and high ceilings and has a sitting area with 2 leather sofas and Montis Charly armchairs. The light gray Italian ceramic tiles give the entire ground floor an elegant look. The fireplace cannot be used. The modern open kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances and there is a large dining table with seating for 6 people. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, the first with a double box spring, the second with a single box spring, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Via a spiral staircase takes you to the loft, which offers a cozy space for television, audio, game or studio with a nice sitting area. On the left there is access to the balcony with a beautiful view over the Westduinen. Via a partition on the right you reach the third bedroom with 3 fixed sleeping places, an extra bathroom with bath and a walk-in closet with a room where the washing machine is located. A wonderful holiday home for those who love peace, space and comfort and an excellent starting point for cycling and walking tours!
