This modern, detached, single-storey holiday home is located in the recently opened holiday park Marina Strandbad, 1.7 km from the small town of Olburgen. Marina Strandbad is located on the banks of Het Zwarte Schaar, almost directly on the river IJssel, 20 km southwest of the Hanseatic city of Zutphen.
This cleverly arranged holiday home is cozy and fully furnished. In addition to the living room with smart TV, there is an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and combination microwave. There are three bedrooms, each with two 1-pers. box spring beds, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup. The two bathrooms both have a shower and there is a separate toilet.
Through the patio doors, you can reach the terrace with garden furniture. There's parking for one car at the holiday home.
At holiday park Marina Strandbad, various holiday homes and tiny houses can be booked for two to six people.
The holiday park is under development. It's possible that there will be construction work during your stay. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.

Date of stay: February 2023Het huisje zal prima zijn voor 6 personen in de zomer als je buiten kunt leven. Voor de winter is het voor 6 personen echt te klein. De slaapkamers en badkamers zijn goed, maar de leefruimte is te klein voor 6 personen. Het is ook niet fijn als je tussen de bedden een vuiler onderbroek van vorige bewoners vindt en in de badkamer in een hoekje een paar vieze sokken.
