In Silvolde, Achterhoek, in a rural area, you will find this luxurious farmhouse with a ground floor apartment for 8 people. It is a great place to spend time with family or friends. The house offers plenty of options to immerse yourself in for a week or weekend.

Silvolde is close to Doetinchem, in a beautiful natural environment. The village has a lively club life in the field of music, sport and entertainment. There are many cultural events, such as the Zillewold Zommermarkt, the homeless party (music festival), the beach volleyball tournament. The wooded hill The Paasberg originates in the ice age, when not the Oude IJssel, but a precursor to the Rhine flowed through the area. It is beautiful and cycling.

The spacious kitchen is fully-equipped, the living room has a large dining table, and outside in the garden, you will find a hot tub and play areas for the children. In case of bad weather, make use of the shared recreation room with a bar, billiards and darts.
Both bathrooms have now been renovated and there is an extraction system in each bathroom.

Heerlijk rustig plekje op het platteland. Met een fijne tuin om heerlijk te genieten. Ook voor mensen met kleinere kinderen heel geschikt. Het huis is ruim ,keurig schoon bij aankomst en de opgemaakte bedden en het badlinnen ook erg prettig en scheelt een heleboel bagage mee nemen.

Fijne ruimtes, zowel keuken, woonkamer als slaapkamers. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Aanwezigheid van paardje en geiten geven het boerderijgevoel. Mooie omgeving, veel interessante, leuke plaatsjes, kasteeltjes/landgoederen, ook in Duitsland te bezoeken op korte afstand, binnen half uur rijden.
