Description:
This beautiful, detached "stream" villa is located on one of the streams in the spacious holiday park Resort De Zanding, surrounded by nature reserves, including De Hoge Veluwe National Park, which can be found 19 km northwest of the pleasant city of Arnhem. The small-scale center of Otterlo is only 1.5 km away, a 15-minute walk. The comfortable villa is modern and fully furnished. Due to the many floor-to-ceiling windows, it is wonderfully light inside. The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you have a nice living room with a TV and an open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher and combination microwave. There is one 2-pers. bedroom and a bathroom with shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor there are two more 2-pers. bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. From one of the bedrooms on this floor, you have access to the beautiful roof terrace. Outside you will find a spacious garden with a terrace, garden furniture and a cosy outdoor fireplace. Here you can enjoy yourselves until the late (or early) hours. At Resort De Zanding, various holiday homes, chalets, villas and tiny houses can be booked for two to twenty people. Resort De Zanding is a holiday park in development. This means that (construction) work can take place in parts of the holiday park. Any inconvenience will be kept to a minimum as much as possible.
