Hi Thomas, if the house would have been better cleaned it would be good. Main critic point is, that the windows were not clean at all. We have still have an open issue about the first reservation 19 QT VM UY / 81423002060000 via AirBNB. Your company has cancelled this booking with no understandable reason. We have the AirBNB Confirmation and have paid 855,40 €. You have only credited us 735,64 €.
