From the living room you also have access to the spacious south-facing balcony with comfortable garden furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lively marina and the extensive polder landscape until the late hours. The spacious, luxuriously equipped kitchen is equipped with comfortable appliances, including an induction hob, a combination microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine.
