Take the kids for a day to Walibi Holland amusement park (14.5 km) or get in the car and visit the bustling capital Amsterdam, less than an hour's drive from the accommodation. There are boats for rent in the vicinity and a visit to the authentic Hanseatic cities of Zwolle, Hasselt, Kampen and Elburg is worthwhile.
