The luxurious apartment on the 1st floor has a stylish and cozy living room and a fully equipped open kitchen. There are also two comfortable bedrooms in the house with a bathroom that can be reached from both bedrooms. There is also a 2nd separate toilet. The house has access to a lovely private terrace over the full width of the apartment. Here you can enjoy a panoramic view of the marina and the Grevelingenmeer all day long. And when the sun starts to shine, you will experience the real holiday feeling. Relax and then just enjoy with a book from the lounge set.

The master bedroom has a double bed with box-spring beds and French doors with direct access to the terrace on the North Sea side. The large bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single box-spring beds. The entire apartment has underfloor heating. In the storage room you will find the washing machine, iron and drying rack. You can reach the holiday home by stairs as well as by elevator.

This apartment is very suitable for families with children, because of the layout and location next to Center Parc complex Port Zélande. You and your children can use all activities and facilities. (There are charges for using the Port Zelande swimming pool). Only for rent/bookable for tourist purposes and/or recreational use.
