This luxury holiday home has everything for a perfect holiday by the sea. As soon as you enter the house you will experience the warm, luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The house has been carefully decorated with care and an eye for detail, which is reflected in the art on the walls, the design furniture and beautiful lamps. The floating custom kitchen is a real eye-catcher and is fully equipped. After extensive cooking, that becomes a long after dinner at the cozy dining table. From the large corner sofa you can enjoy the cozy and easy-to-fire wood stove together or watch exciting films on a large TV. You can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning with a view of the garden, or in the garden on 1 of the 2 terraces. From the living room you walk through one of the three sliding doors directly into the garden. And it could just be that you doze off in one of the two hammocks in the afternoon? Through the large windows in the living room you have optimal contact with the garden. The lounge sofa is a perfect place for a very pleasant evening with a drink and a snack platter. The recipe for a beautiful long summer evening is the large garden table, and of course the Weber barbecue is not missing! All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Downstairs is the master bedroom with direct access to the terrace and garden. (box spring with topper 180 x 200 cm) with a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large sink. (rain shower, toilet) The other bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a bath with an extra low entry, a pleasant sink and toilet. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms upstairs has two beds of 80x200 cm which can be used separately or together. The other bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm each. There is also a small desk upstairs where you can relax or check your mail. The ground floor is completely barrier-free and equipped with underfloor heating. The garden is completely fenced, so nice for young children. There is room for 3 cars at the house. There is also a charging station (11 kW) where electric cars can be charged.
