Enjoy a holiday full of peace and comfort thanks to the elegant and tasteful interior in this 4-bedroom holiday home in Overijssel. You will stay in a unique national monument, a wagon barn originally built in 1850 with many authentic details. The house is located in the Reest valley on over 1 hectare of private land with parking facilities and is laid out as a nature preserve with a large orchard, hedges, geriefbos and pond. The holiday home is ideal for a family of 4 with 4 children/teenagers. In the well-equipped kitchen you can prepare your own meals and eat them at the spacious dining table. There is a private terrace where you can end the day with a drink of your choice. In the partially fenced garden, children can play to their heart's content and enjoy the beautiful nature. The house is practically adjacent to a 940-hectare forest and robust, climate-proof nature reserve, vledders and Leijer Hooilanden. In the forest is a beautiful swimming pond with beach. There are countless hiking and cycling routes in the area.
The centre is a short distance away to buy the first necessities. In the local supermarket you can do all the shopping you need. Enjoy the delights of the restaurants nearby or visit one of the many tourist attractions. If you like swimming, there are several swimming pools a short distance away.
Please note that it is a fireworks-free house, so no candles inside, no bbq with coal/brikets/gas and no open fires. In addition, there should be respect for peace and nature, at night after 10pm there should be silence around the farm. Also, the bunk beds are for children/teenagers only until max 90 kg.

Date of stay: July 2024??Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigem Ort. Die Straße in der Nähe ist auch leise. Sehr grosses Gelände mit Wiese. Terasse perfekt. Im Haus alles unfassbar toll hergerichtet. ( Holz trift auf kreative Innenraumgestalltung) Farbe der Wände sehr angenehm.Es ist umsäumt von Wiesen und Wanderwegen. Zahme Ziegen in einem stets zugänglichen Gehege 2 min entfernt. ( Jan und Gertje:) Dorfkern mit Einkauf 10min zu Fuss. Störche auf den Dächern, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin unkompliziert, angenehm und sehr freundlich. ? Absolute Empfehlung für Familie mit Kindern. Kleiner - einsehbahrer Spielraum vorhanden. Kombiofen, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine ( Filter selbst mitbringen ?) TV, ausreichend Toiletten und vieeel angenehmer und doch zum entspannen geeigneter Platzt vorhanden. Daumen absolut hoch für alles. Familien absolut tauglich ??The house is in a quiet place. The street nearby is also quiet. Very large property with meadow. Terrace perfect. Everything in the house is incredibly well decorated. (Wood meets creative interior design) The color of the walls is very pleasant. It is surrounded by meadows and hiking trails. Tame goats in an always accessible enclosure 2 minutes away. (Jan and Gertje:) Village center with shopping 10 minutes walk. Storks on the roofs, communication with the landlady uncomplicated, pleasant and very friendly. ? Absolutely recommended for families with children. Small - visible play area available. Combi oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine (bring your own filter ?) TV, enough toilets and lots of pleasant and yet suitable place to relax. Thumbs up absolutely for everything. Absolutely suitable for families.
