This wheelchair-accessible, detached holiday home with sauna is located in the spacious holiday park Parc Port Greve, on the beautiful Grevelingenmeer. It is located on the edge of the town of Brouwershaven, not far from the Brouwersdam. The house is furnished in a comfortable and complete way and covers two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV and built-in Chromecast and a fun games box. The turning space in the living room is at least 150 cm. The open kitchen includes a cooking island with bar, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen worktop is wheelchair-accessible and the dining table is at least 70 cm high and also wheelchair-accessible. There are also three bedrooms, one of which has a single hi-low bed with a lifting pole and a single box spring. The turning circle in this room is at least 150 cm. There is a second adapted bedroom with two hi-low beds with lifting pole and a turning circle of at least 150 cm. The third bedroom has two single box-spring beds pushed together to form a double. There is one adapted bathroom with a shower with lever mixer tap, handles and a shower chair without armrests. The washbasin with a lever mixer tap has a minimum height of 78 cm and is wheelchair-accessible. An adjustable mirror hangs above the basin. The toilet has safety rails and the minimum turning circle is at least 150 cm. Finally, there is a pleasant sauna. Here you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single box spring beds, which can be pushed together to form a double. Both bedrooms are adjacent to the bathroom with shower and toilet. The holiday home has underfloor heating and solar panels. A storage room with washing machine, stair gates, cot and high chair complete the picture. Outside there is a garden with two terraces with garden furniture. There is a paved access path to the front door and the terrace is wheelchair accessible. There is parking space for two cars at the holiday home. There are also central parking spaces at the holiday park. At the Parc Port Greve holiday park you can reserve various holiday homes, bungalows and apartments for four to twelve people.
