This luxurious marl house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people, ideal for 1 or 2 families. The vacation home is located in the heart of South Limburg Valkenburg. There are also 2 dogs allowed. Terraces and restaurants are nearby and the house is the ideal starting point for exploring. Walk to the castle ruins, visit the Velvet Cave or discover the city by scooter or bike! The house is also the perfect base for a day of shopping in Maastricht, which is 14km away. After a busy day you can relax in the sauna or hot tub in the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, freezer, combi-oven, kettle and coffee maker. Wi-Fi is available in the house and there is a washer-dryer available free of charge. This year, the Velvet Cave will be transformed into a cozy Christmas Market for the 25th time (from Nov. 15 to Dec. 30, 2024). Parking is available on the Walram Square. This house is not rented to groups of young people because of its quietness. Smoking and house parties are not allowed.

Wij hebben een geweldige week doorgebracht in deze accommodatie. Het hoogtepunt was de jacuzzi! Ook de centrale ligging is een groot pluspunt. We hebben nog enkele suggesties naar de eigenaar gestuurd om het verblijf nog aangenamer te maken. Het is belangrijk om te vermelden dat er geen parkeergelegenheid bij de woning is; de voordeligste optie is om de auto bij het station te parkeren.
