Welcome to the SP 31 holiday home! The holiday home has been completely renovated and is suitable for up to 4 people. One pet is allowed - ideal for a family holiday with your dog! On the ground floor there is the living room with a modern sofa, cable TV, DVD player, radio-CD player, a small wood-burning stove and a dining area. Wi-Fi is available in the holiday home. The open kitchen has an induction hob, a combi microwave with an oven, a small dishwasher (45 cm wide), a fridge with a freezer compartment and much more. The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a washing machine, the toilet is separate. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, which consists of two mattresses (1.60 m x 2 m). A steep wooden staircase takes you to the upper floor, where the other two bedrooms are located. One bedroom is equipped with two single beds (0.80 m x 2 m), which can be put together. The other bedroom has a single bed (0.80 m x 2 m). Ideal for a family of 4! Other features include infrared heating, a high chair and a children's bed. The upper floor has no extra heating and is heated from the ground floor. The large and beautiful garden invites you to the two wind-protected terraces. There are garden furniture, two deck chairs and two parasols. There is also a garden house that can be shared, which includes a handcart. There is a parking space on the property.
