Both bedrooms are equipped with two single box-spring beds of hotel quality, measuring 90 x 210 cm, and offer plenty of storage space thanks to the existing cupboards. In addition, on this floor there is a spacious, modern kitchen with a cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, sandwich maker, kettle and an induction hob with built-in extractor. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table with ten chairs, perfect for groups. The living room has a comfortable corner sofa and two extra chairs, which provides seating for ten people. There is also a large smart TV for entertainment. Downstairs there is underfloor heating and underfloor cooling. Outside there is a garden set with ten chairs and two parasols, which ensures that you can also sit in the garden with the whole family. The house also has a BBQ, washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Two bedrooms share a bathroom adjacent to the hallway, while the third bedroom has an open bathroom en suite. The hallway bathroom is closed for extra privacy. All bedrooms on this floor are furnished with two single box-spring beds of hotel quality, measuring 90 x 210 cm, and here too there is sufficient storage space. In addition, the first floor offers a spacious roof terrace, located on the southwest. The terrace is equipped with a lounge sofa and a seating area with chairs, making it an ideal place to enjoy the evening sun. All bathrooms in the villa are fully equipped with a shower, sink, toilet and one bathroom has a hairdryer. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two per stay. In short, the villa has five full bedrooms, two closed bathrooms en suite, a closed bathroom in the hallway, and an open bathroom en suite. The luxurious and modern furnishings ensure a comfortable and stylish stay. Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, there may be inconvenience (except during the weekend). The Harderwold Villa Resort is a fireworks-free zone all year round. In order to maintain peace, the park must be quiet at 10 p.m. It is also not permitted to play loud music during the day.
