We arrived and went directly to reception desk. They gave us our cottage number etc., we went out to find the cottage, and it was absolutely NOT the cottage we booked. So back to the front desk, explained we had booked one of the less modern cottages...they gave us another one, and it still wasn't the one we ordered...back to the desk and this time they told us that cottage was sold. They said Belvilla.....
