The holiday home is located at the beginning of a cozy holiday home street. Outdoor hot tub and final cleaning included in the price. The holiday home has a combined living room and kitchen with a large dining table and wood burning stove. From the living room/kitchen you can open the double doors out to the balcony. In two of the four bedrooms there are family bunks with 120 cm downstairs and 90 cm width upstairs. Double bed in the third bedroom and 2 folding single beds in the fourth. On the loft there are 4 mattresses on the floor. There are two bathrooms with shower cubicle in the holiday home. Internet for surfing, not for streaming / downloading. The holiday home is located close to Bjorli ski center. Outdoor hot tub by the front door. Paved plot. The nearest grocery store is approx. 1.5 km away, nearest restaurant at Dombås / Åndalsnes approx. 50 km from the holiday home. Bathing possibilities in river basins approx. 2 km from the holiday home and 15 km to a shallow beach at Lesjaskogvannet. NB: Remember to bring linen and towels, as this can ONLY be rented on request and well in advance. SUMMERTIME: The summer in the area is usually hot and dry. The mountains and national parks provide good conditions for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, cycling, and hunting. If you want to fish, Bjorli and Lesja can tempt you with more than 250 fishing lakes and rivers, the closest being Lesjaskogvannet 15 km away with trout. Fishing for trout up to 800g and salmon in the river Rauma, approx. 10 km from the holiday home. Remember fishing license for fishing in the river Rauma. Lesja parachute club is the country's only club with its own airport, and if you like speed and excitement, you can also get the adrenaline in a go-kart or on the paintball court. If you want to experience local culture and ancient traditions, you can visit the open-air museum Lesja Bygdemuseum, about 40 km from the holiday home. The yard consists of 12 houses from the 18th and 19th centuries. Next to the museum is Lesja church from 1749, famous for its magnificent wood carving art. Remember to stop at the country store Avdemsbue with local cheese and other products from Nord-Gudbrandsdalen. WINTERTIME: 1 km from the holiday home is located Bjorli Ski Center which has long and wide slopes in all levels of difficulty, good off-piste opportunities, halfpipes, rails and children's slopes. Bjorli Ski Center has 6 ski lifts, of which a 6-seater express chair lift, own children's lift, own mountain lift, 11 slopes in all levels of difficulty and with a total length at 19.6 km. Bjorli Ski Center is one of the facilities with the longest ski season in Norway, from November to May. Distance to cross-country trails and light trails are 50 meters from the holiday home.
