From both the house and the terrace there are magnificent views of the beautiful fjord landscape in all seasons. The heather alps have glaciers on the mountain tops and is an impressive sight. Jiehkkevarri as the highest mountain rises 1833 masl. The mountain area invites to wonderful mountain and climbing trips. In winter you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the northern lights in all shades of color in the polar sky. In summer, the midnight sun is a great sight and makes the night as bright as the day. A large wilderness area behind the house invites to beautiful walks along the fjord and in the mountains. There are several fishing lakes here, and in the fjord there is good sea fishing. 30 km to Reisadalen with the salmon river Reisaelva and Reisadalen National Park. 12 km to Olderdalen with grocery store.
