Beautifully renovated holiday home in scenic surroundings. Experience rich fishing, bird and animal life, deer grazing in the infield and sea eagles flying overhead. Holiday home with open kitchen solution and two living rooms, one with TV. German/international and Norwegian/Nordic TV channels via cable TV in addition to Netflix. Internet: 300/300 Mbits for streaming. Single beds in all bedrooms, in one bedroom the beds are foldable into a double bed. One bedroom also has 2 built-in beds in the wall. Grocery 5 km. 2 km to restaurant. Straumstad is also a good starting point for boat and paddle trips in the skerries. Good hiking opportunities in the immediate area. Straumstadvatnet 500 m., With trout of approx. 300g. A 9 foot Pioneer dinghy can be rented for use on Straumstadvannet. 5.6 km to Vardetangen, the westernmost mainland point in Norway. Vardetangen has a 5 km adapted hiking trail in the open coastal landscape. 70 km to Bergen and all the city's facilities and experiences. About. 25 min. by car to the ferry berth Sævrøy for crossing to the island Fedje, a gem in the west with many nice hiking opportunities. Boats for rent 250 m away: 1x 18 foot Øien 530 with 40 HP Yamaha, GPS / chart plotter / echo sounder and 3 pole holders.

Das Haus hat eine gute technische Ausstattung und eine schÃ¶ne Lage, Das Boot ist super geeignet zum Angeln mit max vier Personen, Das Garmin Echolot war auf Norwegisch eingestellt und der Besitzer konnte die Sprache nicht Ã¤ndern, Es war aber trotzdem gut zu nutzen, Bis auf den etwas beschwerlichen Weg zum Boot in 250 Meter Entfernung so wie den nicht ganz so schÃ¶nen Filetierbereich war das Haus fÃ¼r uns sehr gut, Der Vermieter Per war sehr freundlich sprach verstÃ¤ndliches English und hat auf jede RÃ¼ckfrage zeitnah und hilfsbereit geantwortet,
