With its central location in the middle of Lofoten, the house is an ideal starting point for day trips around Lofoten. From the house you can also hike up into the mountains. From the mountain tops, there are magnificent views of the sea and the many Lofoten islands. The house is located in a quiet area with child-friendly outdoor area. Magnificent view towards Lofoten's beautiful coastal landscape, and the mountains Limstrandtinden and Havern 808 masl. On beautiful spring and summer evenings, the midnight sun is a great sight. In winter, the northern lights in the polar sky are a great experience. On Gimsøya are beautiful sandy beaches and golf course and the idyllic Haukelandsstranda is located on the west side of Vestvågøya. 15 km to the grocery store. 30 km to Leknes with shops, restaurants and airport. 20 km to Lyngvær with boat rental.
