The holiday house was completed in the summer of 2017 and has a maritime atmosphere, modernly furnished with living room and kitchenette on each floor. Large windows provide a good view of the fjord and the marina. 4 bedrooms with divisible single beds, these have their own connections to make double beds. The good bedrooms on the 1st floor have full height in the middle and sloping ceilings. 2 tiled bathrooms, the largest is equipped with a changing area for small children. The holiday home has water-borne heating in most of the rooms, except for the bedroom downstairs. TV and broadband via Altibox with large capacity. Norwegian, 3 Swedish, 2 Danish channels in addition to several German and international channels. Downstairs there is a slightly rougher maritime style, large boathouse-style doors outside a large sliding and fully insulated glass balcony door. The outer doors can be opened independently of the glass door. Outside is a 41 sqm quay terrace, here you will find 2 tables and benches. On the other side of the holiday home there is a 35 square meter terrace with a seating area. Below this terrace is a separate lockable 25 m2 room with a freezer, storage for fishing equipment, and a fish filleting bench with water and light. The nearest neighbor is holiday home 64513, 3 meters from the holiday home. 10 meters from the holiday home there is a small private sandy beach where you can swim. In addition to the marked hiking trails, 1 km away, you can go for a walk on the heaths near the holiday home. 2 identical boats for rent: 18 foot Sting 535 Pro with 40 HP Evinrude 4 stroke engines, Garmin Echomap 50 series chart plotter/gps/sounder, 4 rod holders, and life jackets for rent. The fjord Urangsvågen has many outlets to the coast. The area is very rich in fish all year round. Many islands and small fjords that shield and enable you to fish even if the weather is bad. It is a short way to the open coast. It is 5 km to Storavatnet with the opportunity to fish for trout. In addition to many waters in the immediate area with the possibility of trout, the nearest Goddevatnet 1 km away. 5 km to the village and the Svortland municipal center with all services. NB: Children should wear life jackets when they are on the quay terrace on the sea side of the holiday home. Payment of boat and house deposit needs to be in cash (NOK or EUR).
