Freshwater fishing for trout in Bueidstjønna, 300 meters from the holiday home. The surrounding area is perfect for anyone who enjoy being out in nature, with many great hiking trails/dirt roads. One such trip is to Sledalen, a side valley to Skjåstaddalen. The starting point for the tour is at the farm Skjåstad, on the way to Bjørke. The forest road is good and the climb is not too steep, from approx. 50-350 m, and you are at Bjørkesetra. You can walk with a pram or cycle; the section has a toll road, driving by car is at your own risk.
