In addition, there is a taxi boat that takes you to the district's most exciting places, or you can take a trip with Øysangferja, Norway's oldest wooden boat ferry. The ferry runs between Øysang and Risør, the white town by the Skagerak, where there are festivals, concerts, and events all year round. The saltwater aquarium in Risør can also be recommended. At Jegertunet holiday center 500 m away, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool open in summer (for a fee), restaurant, kiosk, and an interior design shop.
