Ålesund is 50 minutes away. Go mountain hiking right behind the house. Go swimming on the beach 300 metres away. Park by the house or on the breakwater 50 metres from the house. 12 km to a fishing lake and 50 km to a river with salmon and trout. There is a private harbour 40 metres from the cottage with room for the boats available for rent. For rent: 1 x 21 ft Øien 620F with 60 hp Suzuki 4-stroke motor with GPS/sonar and chartplotter and 6 rodholders. 1 x 21 ft Øien 620F with Yamaha F80LB (80 HP), windscreen both on starboard and port side, Øien targa bar w/lantern, Garmin Echomap UHD 72CV w/GT2, 6 rod holders. Great fishing conditions in the fjord. 2 sea kayaks and a 16 ft rowing boat is also for rent. Life jackets are included in the boat rent.
