Several good fishing spots, this is an Eldorado for anglers, and you don't have to go far before you catch fish. Great mountain hiking to e.g. Svadfjell (878 m) and other mountain peaks. If you are interested in history, visit the Gulating court at Flolid 4 km east of Eivindvi with cultural hiking trails you can follow on mobile phone or iPad. The nearest town is Eivindvik 2 km away with a grocery store and service offers. Bergen, 1 ½ hours away, is known for its bustling cultural life, shops and restaurants, as well as the famous attractions Bryggen, Fløyen and Ulriken.
