In the cabin, you can find information about activities nearby as well as practical information such as waste management etc. Heng is an island between Stavanger and Strandalandet (Jørpeland and Tau). Car ferry and fast boat from both Jørpeland, Stavanger, Tau, and Østhusvik on Rennesøy. Possible to take a trip to Stavanger for shopping with the fast boat, several departures daily (please check times at Kolumbus.no). You can from the quay with a pole. Fishing rods and life jackets are in the cabin free of charge. Several outdoor games such as trampoline and Aquaplay. Great hiking opportunities right outside the cabin and wonderful experiences in nature for the whole family.
