It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom for adults and a room for children, a bathroom, a balcony and a terrace. There is a parking space next to the apartment. The apartment building was put into use in January this year 2023. It is located 100 m from the sea on a beautiful, wide beach. It includes video surveillance, access control systems and many other functions designed to ensure the safety of residents.
