Mooi schoon groot huis op een rustige plek met prachtig uitzicht. Maar een paar dingen moeten wel echt opgelost worden: onbetrouwbaar warm water; een ernstig krakend bed op de begane grond; olie lucht in de kelder en een zwembad waarvan het waterpeil snel zakt: tijd voor een upgrade/groot onderhoud.
