This spacious, stylish and cozy townhouse with private pool (!!!) near the village center in Porches (centrally located between Albufeira and Portimao, 4 km to the sea) is located in a closed residential area (no traffic) with private side access to the large, south-facing pool terrace (lots of privacy as no views possible) with a very nice 2.5 x 3.5m private pool with seating across the entire width, pool lighting and internal + external steps for easy entry and exit. Also on this terrace are luxurious loungers, an outdoor shower and sun sails. On the ground floor there is the air-conditioned living room with flat screen, satellite receiver (all German channels) + comfortable sofa, a spacious air-conditioned dining room with internet router (WIFI + LAN) and large glass doors to the pool terrace, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom.
On the upper floor there is another bathroom and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have high-quality box-spring beds (1x 1.60mx2.00m and 1x 1.80mx2.00m). One of the bedrooms has direct access to a small balcony, from the hallway you can access a larger sheltered terrace, again with plenty of privacy, where you can enjoy the morning sun. At the main entrance there is a mini garden (with, among other things, a wonderful, tall bougainvillea) and a (partially covered) terrace where you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. The stairs to the roof terrace with 360° panoramic views are planned for the near future.
