The house was clean, simple and functional and the garden nearly completely enclosed (for dogs), there was just one low wall near the gate (approx. 50cm heigh) where our dog could easily jump over, but we fixed this by putting a foldable chair in the opening. The pool has a nice size and there is a heat pump installed, but this heat pump wasn't working and the water was too cold (for us at least) to.....
