Tips Owner

The houses are situated from 250m of the beach of Torre Valentina and these are next to the supermarket, butcher's, fish market, greengrocer's and bakery. The houses are from 10 minutes by car to Playa de Aro and Palamós villages where you can find all commercial, leisure and restaurants area.

Aankomst verliep perfect, sleutels een aanwijzigingen lagen klaar in postbus. Auto stond veilig achter elektrische poort. Huisje was zeer proper en ruim. Overtrof de verwachtingen! Leuke omgeving met prachtig strand en vriendelijke mensen. De nabijheid van bakker, slager, viswinkel, groentewinkel en supermarkt carrefour was voor ons een absoluut pluspunt.

Heerlijk . Prima ontvangst van eigenaar.Huis exact was als op foto's staan ,schoon , prima werkende airco en eigen parker plaats . 5 min wandelen naar de strand en restaurant . Supermarkt was dicht bij .

Zoals vorig jaar zijn we toegekomen in een proper huis voorzien van alle gemakken. Een goede tip zou zijn om een stofzuiger te voorzien in de huizen als je met de hond komt, maar we zijn ons zeer bewust dat dit niet als noodzakelijk gezien wordt, omdat er overal in het huis stenen vloeren zijn. In de omgeving zijn meer dan voldoende winkels, bars en restaurants waar iedereen zijn gading kan vinden.

Heerlijk huisje met airco en van alle moderne gemakken voorzien, ook een TV, vaatwasser, wasmachine en rolluiken. Dicht bij zee en de supermarkt om de hoek, eigen afgesloten parkeerplek. Het zijn 6 geschakelde huisjes en niet (half) vrijstaand die best een beetje gehorig zijn door de gebruikte harde materialen. Gratis WiFi is nauwelijks bruikbaar, we zijn thuis verwend. Er is voldoende te doen in de omgeving, b.v. een trip naar Barcelona of het Dali museum is zeer de moeite waard.

De foto's op de website stemmen echt wel overeen met de werkelijkheid. Vlotte interactie met de lokale beheerder. Moderne woning met het nodige comfort. Zeer gezellige bestemming met meer dan genoeg mogelijkheden om te winkelen, te eten, te drinken of gewoon lekker te ontspannen.
