This charming semidetached villa is located in a semi-detached villa, quietly located near the unique fishing village of Moraira on the Costa Blanca, with a unique panoramic view over orange groves with the Mediterranean Sea in the background. With 2 bedrooms, this house is ideal for a family. From the private terrace you look towards the sea and below there is also a private garden. In addition to the sea, there is also water fun in the communal swimming pool, which is a 5-minute walk away.

Moraira is a lively fishing village with beautiful sand and pebble beaches, interspersed with nice bays. From the apartment you are in about 8 to 10 minutes drive in Moraira at the sea, the harbor and the boulevard with many nice restaurants. The largest beach, Platja del Ampollo, is located directly at the center. Platja de Portet is also close to the center.

We hebben gedurende 4 weken mogen genieten van het vakantiehuis. Het huis is gelegen op een berghelling in een villawijk (urbanizacion Castellóns de la visa)net buiten de plaats Teulade. Het verblijf is te bereiken via vrij steile toegangsweg. Het heeft een ruim terras vanwaar je een prachtig uitzicht hebt over de vallei met fruitbomen en druivenstruiken. Op de achtergrond de badplaats Moraira en de zee. De woonkamer staat een erg vol met allerlei (vintage) meubels en andere attributen, waardoor de ruimte aan de krappe kant is. Wij vinden de ruimte voor een langere periode niet geschikt voor 4 personen. De keukeninrichting voldoet maar is aan een renovatie toe. Slaapkamer en doucheruimte zijn goed. Vanuit het vakantiehuis zijn mooie wandel- en fietstochten te maken in Moraira en omgeving. Moraira is een pittoreske badplaats met vele restaurants en winkeltjes. Gelukkig heeft Moraira nagenoeg geen hoogbouw wat het een aangename plaats maakt, in tegenstelling tot de plaatsen Dennis, Xabi, Calpe en Benidorm met zijn vele hoogbouw.

Het verblijf is prima. Er is een heerlijk groot buiten terras en in het huisje ontbreek er niets. Aan alles is gedacht. Alleen de tv verbinding is zwak en komt niet altijd goed door. Internet werkt prima, zodat als je over ziggo go beschikt dit is opgelost. In de omschrijving van het huisje staat dat het strand op 2 km afstand ligt. Deze weg heb ik niet kunnen vinden. Het strand van Moraira ligt op ongeveer 6 km en Javea 11 km. Het strand van Javea is erg mooi.

We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen door beheerder Wim. Heeft kort wat uitgelegd over de accomodatie en omgeving. Huisje had alles wat vooraf is aangegeven. Chromecast werkt fijn om tv en films te kunnen kijken. Omgeving is geweldig. Prachtige strandjes bezocht, waarbij Cala Moraig onze favoriet was.(18min)
