Description

This modern villa with private pool has an ideal location, on the outskirts of La Marina. Ideal for families or several couples.

The house is in a quiet location but still only a short distance from the centre of San Fulgencio (1,5 km) with nice shops and restaurants. One of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca is 5 km away and a visit to places like Elche, Alicante and Torrevieja is also highly recommended. You can play golf at the 18-hole golf course of La Marquesa in Rojales (11 km) and you can go cycling and walking in the beautiful surroundings.

Around the pool you can enjoy the sun or read a book in the shade on the lounge sofa. There is an electric sunshade and the sunbeds overlook the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room you will find a built-in wine cooler. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor have their own terrace and the air conditioning can be adjusted per room.

You can park your car in the garage with electric gate or on the driveway.

Please respect the night and no loud music after 22:00.

Very nice accommodation. Missing: Safe for Keys, Money etc.; Windows in ground floor cannot be locked with Keys. Pool smells in the evening (maybe too less chloride?) - even if there is good pool service. Window could not be closed: maintenance service was immediately there! Perfect. House has everything you need and is in very good condition!!! Would come back at any time.

Het was echt fantastisch! Alles zat in op of aan het huis wat er thuis hoort. Heel erg genoten van het zwembad!

Huisje is heerlijk, rustig, eigen zwembad, lekkere zitgelegenheid, fijne douche, voorzieningen top. Enige is dat het wel ver is van alles. San Fulgencio is plaats waar veel gepensioneerden zitten. Een modern restaurant met gezonde gerechten heb ik nog niet gevonden. Wel supermarkten dichtbij.

Fantastisch huis, rustig gelegen. Van alle gemakken voorzien met een fijn zwembad. In het dorp zitten 2 heerlijke Italiaanse restaurants. Gewoon een heerlijke relaxte vakantie gehad. De aankomst en het vertrek zijn prima geregeld.

Tolles Haus, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Toller Pool und Terasse. Diese ist mit sehr vielen Sitzmöbeln und zwei Liegen ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank ?

Aankomst was goed. Sleutel overdracht verliep soepel. Huis ziet er keurig uit. Zou zelf enkel geen handdoeken aanbieden die hard zijn geworden op waslijn maar droger gebruiken.
