Description

This looks like a dream house! It is luxurious and spacious, child-friendly, you have a lot of privacy and it is quietly located; perfect ingredients for a wonderful holiday! Add to that a large garden, a private swimming pool and a beautiful island and your choice is made. The large garden of 2,000m2 with grass and fruit trees is a paradise for children, as is the separate playroom.

The villa itself is spacious and fully equipped. It is very well cared for and of course you have a lovely terrace with BBQ for the necessary fun in the evenings. You can also rent this villa from 7 to 12 people, then the basement with 2 extra bedrooms will be opened, see ES-24136.

The island invites you to tour around and grab a terrace here and there or eat a delicious "menú del día". Via winding roads you drive through nice villages and beautiful nature, definitely recommended!
You are close to the coast and the beaches are not far either, something for everyone!

Mooie, grote villa met een zee aan ruimte, zowel binnen als buiten, meerdere badkamers en voldoende plekken op meerdere niveaus om even terug te kunnen trekken. De villa was van alle gemakken voorzien en was in een goede staat. Wij hebben er met ons gezin van 5 personen een hele fijne tijd gehad! Aandachtspunten - de sleutelophaallocatie (bij een Shell station) klopte niet. Na contact met het villa verhuurbedrijf werd aangegeven dat we bij de villa moesten zijn - de toerit naar de villa is heel smal en met onze gehuurde SUV was het steeds goed opletten om niet de stenen omheining te raken - de tuin in de villa had meerdere gebroken tegels, waardoor het wel opletten was om niet je voeten open te halen - niet in de slaapkamers, maar in de woonkamer/keuken waren veel kleine mieren die op de kleinste kruimels afkwamen. Niet super storend, maar wel vervelend om alles vrijwel direct goed op te moeten bergen. Ook in het zwembad waren wat mieren te vinden. - de tuin werd tijdens ons verblijf meerdere keren gesproeid/onderhouden, waarvoor het water binnen werd afgesloten. Dit was van te voren niet aangegeven, waardoor het even een verrassing was, maar snel op te lossen door het gesprek aan te gaan met de tuinmannen - Ingenio zelf is niet echt toeristisch en veel restaurants waren beperkt open of gesloten. In de omliggende plaatsjes is overigens wel genoeg te doen, maar een huurauto is zeker handig
