Description

This spacious vacation home is located on the coast in the Spanish municipality of l'Escala. The house has 4 bedrooms and is perfect for a large family. The house has a fenced private garden and a private swimming pool.

L'Escala is an authentic fishing village with fantastic beaches and coves, where you can take a nice walk through the typical streets that descend to the sea. In addition, a walk along the promenade is recommended. In the vicinity there are numerous activities to undertake. At about 5 km is Sant Marti d'Empúries, a small medieval town with Greco-Roman ruins. Also, there are beautiful beaches surrounded by pine trees.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts. The house has 2 bathrooms, a laundry room and a spacious terrace. In the kitchen you will find, among other things, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. A high chair and a crib are available.

Heel mooi huisje met aangenaam zwembad en een fantastisch zicht. Een airco zou toch wel een mooie aanvulling zijn.

Het huis is fantastisch. Heel groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Met 2 badkamers, 3 toiletten ruim geschikt voor 8 personen. Het zwembad is heerlijk met ruim voldoende ligbedden en een fantastisch uitzicht. De omgeving is erg mooi en L'Escala is een leuk dorp. Wij hebben een perfecte vakantie gehad.

Mooie villa met prachtig zwembad. Diep genoeg om lekker te duiken en spelen. Mooi uitzicht. Sleutel overdracht beetje vaag. Persoon te laat en niet bereikbaar en spreekt slecht Engels. Verders interieur erg gedateerd maar werkt allemaal prima en het was mooi schoon. Tweede badkamer wel erg primitief niet fijn vanwege schuin plafond met douchgordijn.

The House is big and the area very quiet. The terrace is really big and the view is very nice. The pool is fantastic. The plot is good and and completely walled, but not in a nice condition, there is a lot of dirt lying around. The furniture is in good condition but very old. There are definitely not enough dishes for 8 people and the dishwasher is very small. In the downstairs bathroom, the shower head in the bathtub was torn off. The pool lighting is defective. The light switch for the exterior lighting only works via the main fuse box. L'Escala itself is a great vacation spot, we were there for the third time.

Ruime villa en heel groot zwembad wat heel diep is om lekker te duiken. Heerlijke terrassen rond de villa met een fenomenaal uitzicht! Alles is aanwezig in de villa. Kortom fantastisch!

De sleuteloverdracht ging heel gemakkelijk en fijn. De nodige tips gekregen over de omgeving. Het zwembad is echt fantastische. Om 2130 gaan de lampen aan. Zwemmen tijdens de zonsondergang. De villa voldeed prima, grote keuken met veel keuken inventaris. Bedden waren goed. Alles eigenlijk perfect. Heerlijk genieten. Uitzicht is met zonsopgang echt schitterend.
