The home is a short walk from the beaches of Moraira. Golfers hit here all year round with magnificent views of the lower sea and the famous Rock of Calpe. The beautiful area is perfect for entertaining excursions to Guadalest at 50 km and the tourist attraction of the Costa Blanca. Visit the interesting remains of the castle from the 11th century and enjoy the magnificent view! Restaurants, general supplies and town centre can be found 200 m away.

This holiday home will not leave you wanting for anything. The house offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The terrace can be fully opened or closed with sliding windows, very pleasant in spring and autumn. It also has a table tennis table, a lounge set and sun loungers.

Uitstekend gelegen met betrekking tot restaurants en andere faciliteiten. Mooi, groot en goed onderhouden zwembad. Alle nodige zaken aanwezig, Mooi interieur. Rustig gelegen met goede privacy.

Prima gelegen villa met zwembad, airco, 3 slaapkamers, leuk ingerichte keuken, privé parking in Teulada op 100m van de zee en leuke restaurantjes/bars, baaien om te snorkelen, stranden, en alles op wandelafstand zoals haven Moraira, supermarkten, ontbijt in New Bakery, bank, etc.
