Description: This wonderful house has simple but very cosy and well cared for exteriors, where the protagonist is undoubtedly the beautiful private chlorine swimming pool, surrounded by a gravel terrace with 4 sun loungers and a furnished area where you can enjoy the sun with a coffee, an orange juice or a glass of wine. The pool measures 8 x 4 m and has a depth of between 1 and 1.75 m deep. At your disposal, there is an outdoor shower and a terrace with a table with chairs and a barbecue.
Inside you will find a fantastic living room, equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable sofa and satellite TV, open to the dining area and the kitchen, where you can prepare delicious recipes on the ceramic hob or in the oven. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe, one with a double bed and space for a cot and high chair, and the other with two single beds. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower and the possibility of a radiator if needed.
Cala Llombards is a quiet and familiar urbanization surrounded by a privileged natural environment, with a beautiful sandy cove and turquoise waters, located 1.1 km away, although even more wonderful is the very small but incomparable cove des Caló des Moro, located 1.6 km from the house. You can't leave without visiting it! The Natural Park of Mondragó is also very close and is perfect to disconnect and enjoy nature and go on an excursion. For daily shopping, Cala Llombards has a grocery shop, bars and restaurants. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
