There is also a laundry room and a pantry. There are also 3 double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen has a large gas stove, dishwasher and is fully equipped. In addition, it has a separate tap for potable water. The kitchen has access to the private pool. The living room has a comfortable "chaise longue" sofa, satellite TV and another access to the terrace. The plot around the house is large and exclusive, with no neighbors nearby. In addition to the private pool, there is also a play area with playhouses. There is also a covered patio with grill and dining area.
