Villa Malen's features 3 spacious, fully equipped double bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a fully fitted and fully furnished kitchen, a spacious and comfortable living room with WI-FI access, and outdoor terraces next to a private swimming pool. This splendid villa boasts a wide variety of amenities and features that will make you feel at home. The villa is also pet-friendly. An additional 50 euros per pet supplement will be charged upon arrival at the accommodation. This villa offers a warm and welcoming welcome to all its guests, regardless of their origin, culture, or religion. All guests must provide a valid email when booking to send a form that must be completed correctly so that the host can proceed with the police search as required by law. HOUSE'S RULES -Parking inside the accommodation is prohibited. - Villa Malen's is not responsible for the custody of luggage. -Parties or events, slamming doors, shouting, loud music or anyone outside the reservation are not allowed (from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.). - Radiators must be closed throughout the night. - At the time of CHECK-IN, guests will pay the tourist tax (3 euros per night per person). - At the moment of the CHECK-IN, all reservation group members must be present as the owner is legally required to register each. If a group member is missing, you have the legal right not to admit them. - People outside the group that makes up the reservation are not admitted. - Children under 16 years of age are free of charge. - Guests unable to comply with the established check-in and check-out times must pay an additional supplement of 25 euros for the first hour and 10 euros for each hour thereafter. - Clients who DO NOT COMPLY WITH ALL THE RULES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY SANCTED, LOSING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVATION.
